If anyone doesn't give him votes, you pretty much hate CD.

I hate him, but I will give him votes for that game. Tackles, contested possessions, a lot less seagull work than normal. He even halved a 1v1 in the goal square. It was a miracle, and it’s Easter not Christmas!

P.S. I don’t really hate him, just the idea of him.

Was one of the few who played a full four quarter game today.

Yeah he had a shank or two but the good vastly outweighed the bad.

Would be top 5 in the Syd Barker at the moment. Deservedly.

What a weird unexpected improvement. Id love to know why. He looks zippier. Maybe injured last year.

Also, him halving that marking contest at full back. Beautiful.

Part of the reason is that the team has finally adapted to Daniel’s style of play. Rather than reacting to his very quick moves they are now anticipating them.
It’s just a shame it’s taken this long to make the required adjustment.
When it works it’s very effective.

As an actual 1v1 defender he's done my head in but kudos, has been very good in that regard in the last fortnight.

Makes a huge difference that he's been able to play on similarly sized players so hasn't been as exposed in D50. Super important that we're keep him on the shortest oppo forward at all times.
