Not super concerned about his kicking. I don't think he's ever going to be a dead eye dick a la Jack R or Taylor Walker, but he's technically sound enough to be reasonable long term. I think once he gets more confidence at the level and more used to the demands it will start to click. Half of the misses would be from him being buggered, the other half would be from a lack of confidence, both those things will improve in years to come. Once he strings together a few games of accurate kicking in a row he'll be off to the races.

He can also roost it a mile, so there will naturally be a few shots from 55+ that might bring down his average overall, but that other players would never have even been in a position to attempt.

He's a decent kick just has a bit of a technical flaw. He likes to arc out to the right a bit to much. If you actually watch closely he's improved that over the last few weeks. They've obviously worked on it

I notice also he sometimes waves the ball around left and right a fair bit in his runup to a set shot. This is never a good idea. Lockett's set shot technique is the one to study where he kept the ball online at all stages of his approach.

It's a shame Lynch is not out there. Vile grub Moore is always too scared to go near him.

Moore struggles to play one on one. He is no good on a big bodied forward or forwards who lead with pace. That’s why you almost always see him as the lose defender, third up.

Had 19d, 14m (8 contested!!), 7.5 the week before. He was an absolute Adonis back then. ****ing injuries.

Definitely needs work on his goal kicking in the preseason. Doesn't seem to have match of snap/check side bag and his drop punts have been ordinary.

Watching him live, his repeat sprinting and overall gut running is off the charts. Definitely needs to work on his kicking for goal, but he’s naturally got what you can’t teach a key forward - campaigner!

He’s coming along nicely , like a lot of forwards pushed wide for his marks , he really should look to be passing those off than go for a 1/20 shot . Will be much better after a sec pre season under the belt
