Anyone out there that can be bothered or has more time than me care to find who the picks 11,27 and 43 are from the past drafts.
Just to give us some idea what we really traded for Carr?

According to footydraft.com Freo were expected to pick up Ryan Willits, Chad Gibson, and Jarred Moore with those three picks , so that gives you a rough guide to what Freo has missed out on?

Yes.
But we have no idea of the quality of those players.
At least looking at past drafts we can have some idea how those picks generally turn out.

A challenge is to find a back up ruckmen in the draft. Newick is probably the best option in the Wafl, but threr must be someone else we can pick up.

Interesting you mentioned Newick.

He was on our Rookie list a couple of years ago but seemed to be not going anywhere. I have watched him this year and at 23 has taken on the No. 1 ruck position with Subi with great results.

Newick is proof that ruckmen take a good deal of time to mature, take note all 211 baggers.
