The Law A long overdue victory for men in the Family Court

There has been much discussion about the unfair treatment applied to men for many years in regard to domestic matters, including bias in the statutory formulation of the law, and it's interpretation. This is a minor victory on the road to fixing the current debacle.

I can only hope that this Judge retires in shame or is stripped of their position.

It's an important and interesting case Snakey, and the trial Judge's conduct (to Queens Counsel no less) was inexcusable, but I'm not going to let you frame it in some inane MRA framework.
