He was consistently good last season, despite how we performed.

He is an excellent tagger, can play in defense but it also seems he could really flesh out his role as a solid and composed midfielder more and more.

Because of whatever circumstances he has been purley a tagger instaed of being able to develope like Joel has at Geelong. Not saying he is as good as Joel but who knows? He is a very good footballer and only now as a midfielder in his own right will we see how good he actually is.
Rate him very highly and his clearance work and his protection of the bloke he gives the ball to is second to none.

The story went around at the end of last year that his contract re-signing included an 'out' clause to allow him to break his contract should there continue to be any shenanigans off-field at WC.

Hold up Kerrby.... I am new to Big Footy World (and oh so glad I found it!) so my love for the Good Twin/Best Selwood has always gone unappreciated in the shadow of T-Rex, Q Stick and Big Cox (I neva thought I would write that). Selwood has always been awesome but now he doesn't have to shut down the best opp. midfielder...A Selwood will DOMINATE (maybe)
