I swear I saw a wolf of Wall Street post from either hawthorn or wingard suggesting he was staying, so I assumed he signed.
Yeah Chad posted that on his insta, didn't 'sign' as such but tried to put to bed the rumours he was being moved
I don't think he changes his mind, but the trade period is always full of surprises

Heard something about this from a very reliable source lately actually. Apparently Brown has told the Gullies he intends to be back there in 2 years after he is done with his current AFL contract.
If we hypothetically use this years and next years picks for JHF and Dawson is it possible to use 2023 picks for Lukosius and or Rankine if needed end of next year?

Actually Im not 100% certain, but I think its right as well.
Next year would be the first year we dont have a 1st. Not the second as we are using our 1st this year on JHF.

AFL.com.au confirmed with the AFL that as long as a club has two first-round picks in a four-year period, they comply with the rules surrounding future first-round draft picks that were introduced ahead of last year's trading period.
The weapons we have running through half back and through the wings are going to be elite.
With Milera back we have
Milera, Smith, Dawson, Jones, Scholl, Cook, Seedsman and Hinge has a nice kick too.

Doedee perhaps could be added to that number. I think Jones will eventually spend time in the middle, but I suggest we let that evolve. Lets not rush him. When he is ready it will happen.

My thoughts exactly but strangely enough what we want in the draft is exactly what Jones is. Quick,elite foot, competitive (which this has grown past year to where it needs to be) can break from a pack.
this is exactly the midfielder we need to compliment Hately, Schoenberg, Berry and Pedlar.
A midfield group of Hately, Schoenberg and Jones would be perfectly complimenting each other

Maybe depth.
I think it's more likely that they will be delisted and their spots used for upgrades. If the club is struggling to fill the cap spend, upgrading from the rookie list might help. If they don't upgrade, the club will be forced to do it next year.
ROC and Davis are not our futue sadly for them.
