I had 13CR on the Steelers, so I'm just as peeved.. aware of the groundswell with a low points spread for the Steelers.. and that dirty feeling TRAP GAME was SCREAMING from inside me..

But I threw caution to the wind and got burned..

Three factors stung… poor red-zone play calling.. to be 1st and goal at the 1 and only come away with a FG is damn embarrassing. Suisham pulls off his own tricks by kicking a career long 53 yarder then shanking a 23 yarder.. but I'm not gonna throw Suisham under the proverbial bus… no that goes to 'Todd F***** Haley' who once again comes up with bewildering play calling that just wasn't allowing me to suck it down..

The credit to the Jets who did their homework early and took a shot on mis-matches down field, gave then a 17-0 head start in the first Q… I wasn't panicking yet but sheesh.. why oh why do they talk up the opposition strengths that everyone already knows about (read: Big strong RUN D) then continue to pound the rock in there knowing it was always tough???? In the words of the late Bobby Davis, 'Fairdinkum unbelievable' ….this is another DUMB LOSS to add to the other two this season.

Lucky for the Steelers, most of the play-off so-called contenders will continue find unique ways to trip over themselves in the most bizarre ways imaginable and falling backwards into the play-offs by winning the Division is ALWAYS a shameless option.. I'm more peeved because I had TCol where I wanted him and look what these bumbling fools do…

LESSON to be learned: STAY clear of teams who play 'above themselves' when form didn't indicate such.. because COMPLACENCY is real.

Stink in recent seasons?? somewhat.. prefer to say very inconsistent.. 13 wins from last 25 games but to say stink?? harsh considering no losing seasons… yet no play-offs. Just underlines why Haley is an enigma of a strategist. I don't rate him.. let him surprise me as I have no choice.. because last two seasons have been incredibly annoying/ infuriating.
