They arent playing finals, not off the back of that. If other sides fall apart and they make it, either the Eagles or Tigers finishing 5th would destroy them week 1.

For all the criticism they've had, Adelaide have still been pretty decent this year at home bar the Showdown; lost to Swans and Dons by a kick and pushed Cats and Pies pretty hard as well.

I think that Cats game was a bit of a turning point for them; their intensity went up a level and they gave Geelong as much of a challenge as anyone in their winning streak.

Richmond will have to be wary when they play the Crows at AO in the final round.
