You can really feel the absence of Cripps and Ryan today. Darling and Allen are trying but some of our other leaders keep fluffing it going inside 50. We can manage in other areas but crafty crumbers with goal sense (e.g. Long who plays a bit further up) who know where to lead is a little scarce for us today.

Dees operating at abt 60%. Too many turnovers. If WCE can get a mini run on, it could, emphasise could, get interesting. They are having a dip today.

Tom McDonald killing them

You can’t allow a guy to be mown down from behind after taking a mark, going back 3 steps, and then going to take his kick.

it’s a 10m protected space, can’t have guys just sprinting into it in the hope he kicks as that instant.

We've drawn about equal for the second quarter. The Kelly and West set shot finishes were a relief given the frustrated I50 forays and being outfoxed a bit down the wings.

Glad to see Tim Kelly is playing his one required effort game of the year. Wonder which game he will choose in 2024

Wasn't that deliberate behind by Melbourne just before the siren?

If you handball or kick the ball towards your own goals and your own teammate rushes it through for a behind, isn't that still deliberate?
