Would be much happier as a North fan with that game, despite the loss. Would be annoyed if I was a Dockers fan, but can blame the bye. Dockers aren't premiership contenders but should make finals.

Last week the opposite, a dishonourable win.

As a dockers fan my self, I can confirm us dockers are dumber than West coast and any other fan base. LoL

We get shafted , we just let the afl know we think the umpiring sucks and it’s been cheating for years and years. Last rd frees were 30-20 or something against us. Over the years us and port Adelaide particularly and the eagles and Adelaide to all get shafted by the vfl

Yeah actually consider the Bulldogs, maybe not. Giants seem a bit better, so there's no easy spots in the 8. It's getting crowded.

Not sure why so many pundits had them top 4 start of the season. They just missed the 8 last year, were they expecting Bolton to make the difference? Also no Serong no Freo.

You simply just don’t get it do you? North make around $2M I think for these 2 games. They don’t make anywhere near that at marvel for the equivalent games. North has a good record in Perth and the WA teams like less travel. North potentially don’t have to play away games against these 2 teams in Perth - games they would've probably had to play there in a normal fixture and make zero revenue on. Other teams also sell games for business reasons. It’s not such a ****ing revelation.

Based on that effort, maybe north should play more home games in WA.

Thing is, they've beaten Freo a couple of times in recent years at Optus when it was their actual away game.

So no...it's still playing a home game in Perth for a loss and no Roos fans able to go watch without a return airfare to Perth. So...making their supporters have to fork out cash while the club makes cash. But again, the club got money so it's all worth it.

Twenty bucks is a small price to pay to guarantee a win. It was a good, close game.
