Absolutely loving how this is coming along. I'm very impressed.

I'm glad that Big Ant were working hard when most of us were badmouthing them for being slackers when in truth, it is not their fault that we hadn't heard anything.

I ask this because you mentioned earlier that these are PS3 screenshots we're looking at. There's probably not much difference, but I was just curious.

I'm looking forward to this game being released, but I doubt my employer will be, Late nights in front of the big screen won't help in the morning.

From what I've read it looks like this will be a thumper of a game, can't wait!

Every 3 months or so for the past 2 years I have searched for some info on this game...So today I randomly decided to have another look for any sort of info without much anticipation that I would actually find any.



Extremely awesome to see this game didn't die and has actually been having a major over-haul the past 2 years! Great screens, great info in the other sticky and a hopefully, a great game overall to come.

Big Ant had so much heat on them about not releasing any info for so, so long yet it turns out it isn't Big Ant's fault. Extremely excited about this one guys, unlike previous AFL games, this one actually has things to be excited about!

Is there any chance we could get some more information about ruck contests?

For example, are we able to have a third man up, designated ruckmen to contest depending on where the ball is (such as Hall for the Dogs when the ball is in our forward line) and are we able to take it directly from the contest?

EA pretty much set the standard in sports games these days, and I tell ya what, these player models are right up there with the best, perhaps even better because these players have never been replicated this way before.

I was among those who were pessimistic about this game for a long time, but I can safely say that with this kind of response from Ross and seeing the amount of detail in these player models the game is in good hands.
