Hi Ross

I am loving the game and have had no issues with pauses or game errors - so congrats!

Baring any further delays with the Playstation network, how long does it take for MS / Sony to approve the patch and make it available for download?

Question for ross, or anyone else who knows. Are all the difficulty levels getting harder or is it just legend? Because i am having some very close games on legend, for me it's like the perfect level. So just wondering if veteran will become as hard as legend is now.

No. It's only 'legend' difficulty that will get harder after the patch.

I've said it before, it seems like everyone wants a game with the same difficulty and realism as 2007. Few tackles, picking up the ball everytime you come into contact...

No. Veteran will be way too easy but Legend will (hopefully) be just right, rather than also way too easy. Seriously though, it depends on you skill level obviously. Myself and many others here on BF are definitely looking forward to the increase in difficulty for legend.

In regards to picking the ball up, dunno whether it's just the Hawks players or maybe my mad skillz (;)), but I never have any problem picking up the ball.

Not really. Before using the Y button I found it to be very unrealistic, over running the ball in the dry conditions 10+ times a game tended to be quite unrealistic. With holding Y it happens 2-3 times a game which is far more realistic. In the wet it is more common and that's understandable.
 
BigAnt should change the 20minute qrts so that the clock doesnt stop, because with the stoppages it just goes on for too long. Make it so the clock just keeps going because 20mins is heaps anyway.

Just start again, sim the other games watch the Bullies pump West Coast, listen to Sons of the West and then head onto Round 20. :thumbsu:

Tired of playing people who have bad connections, goes all shit n then they have kicked goals. It isnt my connection because i play online games all the time and never had this problem. I get to a position when im catching up, then i get to ruck and hear the commentators day blah blah is lining up and GOALLLLEEEDD.. im like OH BOY
 
Well they're right, it's ridiculous to pay for a peer2peer connection that is full of ads.
Not that I couldn't use it right now:p

You do know XBL has been hacked and downed before? This really has nothing to do with paying or not paying for the services.

lol, how much did you pay for your console?
 
I know this may have been mentioned before but couldnt seem to find it but just won a veteran premiership with the Eagles (totally realistic I know) and had Lynch win the Norm Smith in the GF, even though he'd been injured for 3 weeks and didnt even play.... interesting

Yeah this game is terribly bug ridden, I had about 10 injuries in my last game, no offence and I've mentioned this about something else before but how was it not noticed?
 
Lol just won online with my 1 star GWS, Max Bailey was great and Steven Motlop kicked 3. I think the only 'star' player in my team was Kane Cornes so I was pretty happy.

Don't remember something exactly like this happening to XBL. It has been downed, but no data has been stolen during that time and there have been instances where hackers have been able to compromise accounts individually, but they weren't the same as the security breach Sony have experienced.
