Richmond have not had any consistancy for a very long time, and far too many new inclusions for a round one win.

We should cover the Tigers fairly well.
They are a very young an inexperienced side, that will take some time to come along.

Blues by 6 goals!
 
Nothing against the Blues but I would like to see the Tiges get up. Best of luck to all the debutants for both sides aswell.

I'm hoping it will be a close one to kick the season off.
 
Carlton should win this if they're switched on, despite lacking Judd and obviously Fev in comparison to last year's game.

Hardwick is a bit of an unknown quality at this stage, it'll be interesting to see what kind of approach he brings to this match. Richmond also bring in a number of first game players, the right decision in my view considering where they're at.

Carlton by 16 points, with Richmond to be much more competitive than they were last year.

Can't wait for the footy to start!
