MCC was near empty, AFL members was patchy, but all bar the absolute nosebleeds was packed at the punt rd end and in the Olympic stand. Ponsford was full to about halfway up too. Keep feeding yourself lies Franky boy.

They don't really need any convincing mate. I thought a few weeks ago Richmond were good things but I reckon now anyone could knock them off. They can still win it but unless they play at their best they will get rolled.

Does anybody know how many players in AFL/VFL history have won their clubs leading goal kicking award in their debut season? That's not counting players who switched clubs and had played games previously at another club.

Fantastic effort by Gowers and a solid season overall. If not for his accuracy he could've kicked more goals.

Very astute mate. As a Dogs fan should have remembered Beaser. Kicked 82 goals and a shitload of behinds in his first year in 1982. Great effort as Dogs only won 3 games.

Yep 51.31 in 20 games in 1990 as a 17 year old. As another poster stated,unless they change the rules this can never be broken as draftees in their first year are at least 18yo I believe.
