That's all fine. First year, got them playing hard most weeks - pass. Second year, seven wins when maybe 4-5 was the expectation - pass. Year three you'd be expecting improvement again, at minimum. Lots of coaches don't get even three years and to me at least, it feels like Mitchell will get to at least four without any real pressure or expectations.

I'm not saying he's the wrong man; I'm saying that to me at least, he's really not done much to suggest that he's the right man. To me the jury's still out.
