I thought the only change to the club song for the women was replacing Kings with Queens?

Sounded awfully butchered at the end of that broadcast.
There’s been a weird record scratch thing all year. I assumed they were cutting through Kings and going to re-record it eventually but they’ve just kept it? It sounds like an absolute mess.

Massive. Well done, girls.

Those next four games look murderous though..Pies, Crows, Cats and Swans.
I watched the Crows-Swans game as well, one of the best AFLW games I ever saw, better than a lot of men's games. We're a chance against Pies and Cats, but I'm not optimistic about the other two.

Only watched parts of the game but you can see the growth in the players footy IQ and game plan implemented by Daisy.
Well done on a good win.

Pies the only non murderous one. That’s why we gotta bank the percentage when we can
Swans have lost to GWS and Collingwood.

Only one I’d say we will almost definitely lose is against Adelaide, and even they don’t look as they’ve been for the last few years.

Geelong are behind us on the ladder. Their schedule has been tough, but their only wins have been over Richmond, Essendon and over Port by a whisker. Playing in Leedy we should be favourites.

Carlton and Geelong games both being in Perth is enormous.

As it stands we’ll surely need to win seven games to play finals. Beat the Pies, then handle two of Swans/Cats/Blues. Will be bloody tough, but we’ll have earned it if we do.

Carlton are just good. Will take some beating. Good news is they play Geelong, Sydney, St Kilda and us on the way home so could help spoil it for our challengers.

Swans starting to slide results wise and have used up all of their easy games.

Brisbane, too good to slide out.

St Kilda a real mixed bag week to week, just pulled off the greatest Q4 comeback in W history to steal one over Port who are ultimately a much more dangerous side. Easy fixture to come outside of the baked in thumping to North. Might be a fixture finalist that gets humiliated week one?

Cats have kicked into gear after a bizarrely slow start, will be very tough.

That last kick of the game loss to Essendon is so massive, because their worst has been deplorable. Won’t figure.

Freo finding some mojo but likely too hard of a fixture (Hawks, Demons and Crows all to come) to push past 20 points.

Port brutal fixture so are essentially gone despite being dangerous.

Likely ill and only played as we needed the numbers. Wasn't initially in the squad.
Played the same % as the Topup.
But she’s not a top up. Not even being given a chance. Would like to see more. Would only be fair

Overall I would rate the following games as:
Vs Collingwood: definitely should win
adelaide: very likely loss
Vs Geelong: tough match but slight favourites if close to full strength
@ Sydney: probable loss, maybe 25% chance to win
vs Carlton: another good team but they have only been solid (4 of their 5 wins over bottom 6 sides) so we should be right in this one.

Time to stop thinking of home matches against the likes of Geelong and Carlton as a murderous schedule. That’s loser talk.

Beat the Pies and win 1 of the last 4 we are a chance at finals; beat the Pies and win two more and we play finals. Let’s go.

Freo’s fixture is brutal too. Brisbane, North, Melbourne, Sydney, Carlton, Melbourne, Adelaide. The teams they miss this year: St Kilda, Geelong, Bulldogs, Collingwood, Gold Coast. All currently outside the top 8.

Too bad, so sad.

Until everyone plays eachother once, who you get scheduled to play does so much heavy lifting.

The sooner we get there the better.

I liked her second quarter, she did some really smart things, but it’s not really about fair at this level. She was included in the team an hour before the game, neither she or Steane were ever really in line to get huge minutes.

Explain to me how a top up player gets the same opportunities as a first round draft pick. Not sure why the club brings players in if they aren’t going to find out what they are made of. Shown more than enough to get more opportunity. There are several others getting a game on apparent good will. And by the way most culture are built on fairness concepts. West coast as a whole has an awful culture. Maybe they should think about fair a tad more…?
