With Danny taking full control of his team and a rejuvenated Richo playing up the ground. A sturdy CHF in Holland and the rat pack playing out of the square the question should be "by how much will we beat Freo" :p

Yes, all of a sudden players appear to remember what it is like to play attacking, aggressive football and will take it right up to the Dockers.

Rather than our usual interstate grind, I get this feeling that this will be a free wheeling shoot out. The winner (either way) will do so by only 1 - 2 goals!

oh no! We better lose this week or..... ...... that will happen

well the tipping and betting community give you no chance, they think more along the lines of freo, by how much, and i agree with them. it's amazing how a win over the bottom side will chage how the side has lost 8 previous in a row

After all these years of being a one eyed Tiger, I have learnt to never give up hope. So on that basis I reckon we can win over in WA. Although if we get hammered , I won't be too surprised! I just hope we can put in a good show for Marty McGrath as it's his first game back home as a Tiger.....

Well, it woud be an insult to Fremantle for where they sit on the ladder now not to have them favourites.

But it was the nature of the Tiges win last week that gives us hope - a 100% effort for four quarters which we haven't seen all year.

I'm not afraid to put my money on Richmond, and if you're not a loyal Freo fan I'd do so too.

Without injuries, a few narrow losses, luck (why do we always get the sob story/bleeding heart matches - ala McCartney) we may well be in the 8 ourselves.

We've done you before over there, no reason not again if they play like they did last week - regardless of who the opposition was. That opposition drew with West Coast over there - so you work it out. I can't, but i think they will give a good show of it.

Did I hear this week Freo is having their Purple Haze Day?
Sounds like everyone will be sitting around with blank or stunned looks on their faces.

I see this as a real danger game for us as your guys have just hit form last week. Even though it was only against the dogs you can only beat what the other team puts out there. Should be a real good game hopefully a shoot out but i think at subi freo will get over the line. Good luck anyways.

A fact also is even Freo beat the Bulldogs to the tune of 84 points in Melbourne aswell ;)

After Richmond beat us earlier this year, a few Richmond supporters thought we would win the spoon... funny how things have changed.

Anyway, should be a good game. A danger game for us.

If Freo lose this week, this stuffs them as everyone is counting this as a win in any final 8 predictions

Would be great to end their dream

:D

Isn't that ironic. :o

After our last quarter performance last week and Richmond's four quarter performance against the Dogs, hopefully we won't be taking the Tigers too lightly.

well personally speaking i dont know of many richmond supporters who thought freo were that bad, most victorians have realised for the past few seasons that the dockers were building something and would eventually come good.......

not really a danger game, if we open up and pplay hard tough accountable footy then we wont get blown away, if we try to contain u like we have in each interstaqte trip this season i can see a 10 goal thumping on the cards.u guys r too quick...... just hope we open up and let krak and mcgrath have a dip

btw just so theres no finger pointing im the solitary vote for "couldnt give a rats clacka" ;)

Can see Freo trying to stretch us with their talls up forward J'Lo, Croad, McPharlin (named forward) and even Sandilands could spend time up there.
If we want to keep Holland up forward D.Kellaway may be forced to go back to his 90's role of a tall defender. Don't know if he is still up to it or not nowdays.

BTW Ty Zantuck's 50th.

Congratulations Ty! He has certainly been an integral member of the team..... and good too! :)

Well Beating Freo over there isn't going to be easy, however its possible if we put in 110%. People need to remember that we did beat them at the start of the year, and with a fighting fit Richo, Holland, Johnson, McGrath, Coglan, and Tivindale I think we are a real chance this week.
