There are a lot of things i saw at the ground and a lot of it all came down to being a young side.

The one thing i am starting to HATE is how we always want to go the 5m and not on the mark. Sometimes that means we just walked the opposition an extra 20m because we didnt man the mark and just jogged backwards instead of attacking the man.

I do agree, the only thing to that is the players have to make a very quick decision or they get pinged for a 50.

how good is it having a competent high performance manager .. can hover over each player on the injury list and it links to an article or short description of how the injury occured. as opposed to when we had the butcher in charge and knew f all.

Smith was playing against one of the best small forwards in the game. Didn’t stand out a lot but pretty serviceable today. Also with him down back Green got to play more forward minutes and looked better. Better balance with Smith in the side.

I am surprised people want smith dropped. He did not excel but I thought his game was serviceable. He is a player with great speed but will need some games to adjust to the pace of the game. I’d rather persist for a few games with him than Dow or Sonz.
