4 years ago i was hip and shouldered badly on the basketball court by this tank of a dude. Felt my back crack and its been deteriorating ever since. I've had lots of x-rays and the doctors can only really see a little bit of curvature of the spine and a minute ammount of degeneration between a couple of discs. Anyone had back problems and fixed them with pilates or yoga or anything? I've been doing a bit of yoga lately and a lot of situps to strengthen the abs which connect around to the back and give a bit of stability. I feel a bit better after the sessions but then the pain returns, i probably need to do it heaps more. It's early days though.






Usually see them on Berts Good Morning Australia. They actually do work.
