Maybe in a few years time (when Green or Moloney [who should be appointed captain] retires).

Too much pressure on him if he were to become captain now.

Showed more heart today than 95% of our team! Maybe if our more senior players had heart like Scully, we would actually be able to win a game out west! I wouldn't be disappointed with Scully as our captain, but it simply will not happen next year! Green, Moloney, Davey and Sylvia in that order more than likely...

Give it to Grimes. Be bold. Green and Moloney will still be there to help out. That'll rule out Scully ever getting it though most likely.

Are you on drugs? If he wanted to leave us he'd be well gone now - and playing in the premiership side. Should be given a trophy for staying around and collecting losses galore.

I think Green deserves his chance as captain. He has been so loyal to us for a long period of time. I would give it to him for the next 3 years and then after that we will need to make a decision between Grimes and Scully.

I think to give the captaincy to Scully now could be a burden on him and i think it would leave a lot of players (such as Green, Davey, Moloney) with their nose out of joint.

I have heard straight from the mouth of one of our players that Green is not the most likable guy within the playing group.

Yeah, the more i think about it, and knowing now that we will have a new captain next season, Brad Green is the best choice. Davey and Moloney as vice captains.

I'd definitely consider Scully and Grimes for a leadership role though. Both have leader written all over them.
