Yep. Richmond did it for years between 2017 and 2019.

Every glancing contact to full blown tackle, any time your players encounter theirs at all, ensure they go to ground and have to get up quickly. Actively don't care about frees. Just keep doing it and setting up to pressure them into taking possession and going to ground.

What exhausts you isn't running; these boys could run to a loose ball in their sleep. No, make them have to go from laid out on the ground to up and sprinting to make the next contest over and over again, and they'll wear out. And long before they do, that pinpoint disposal will begin to fade and disappear.

Umps are as distracted by movement and shiny things as the rest of us; make sure that ball spills out and they go to ground, and in minute you've got a cascading outnumber to a loose ball. In macro, you've got an opponent who's spent all day chasing and hitting the deck.

That last disposal shows that they only need a little break to capitalise, even in the wet

Their tanks are enormous too
