I hope we learn a lot from this year.

This time last year, I was sitting on a pumping Lygon St after we beat Melbourne, talking and thinking about what might be.

Fast forward to this year and I'm hoping:

We can improve our run of injuries next year. It seems through Inness coming over and cutting some consistently injured players, we should see a big improvement here.

We address at least some of the holes in our list and add some pace and some help for Weiters.

We stop persisting with the bomb it long game plan and lower our eyes. It can't be that hard to change.
