Bowled decently at times in Brisbane and Adelaide.

Without sideways movement their fairly useless

They bowled well for 1 session in Adelaide under lights let’s not go overboard

Seriously though, gonna do my nut if Michael Clarke compliments another good team player this series. You know who else was a good team player? Simon Katich. Where did that get him under your captaincy, Pup?
I get the impression that Katich is a great bloke if you're his kind of bloke. Listening to his commentary, he definitely comes across as a guy with a pretty narrow and uncompromising view of the world - not unlike Ian Chappell.

I don't think that makes him a bad guy, but I can sort of understand how he ended up so bitter towards certain people.

Dat straight drive!

The thing is, the odd one hit a crack and moves. And the odd one keeping low. It's just the Poms are bowling complete rubbish and can't find a consistent line and length.

Honestly seems pretty much par for the course for the WACA for a good couple of decades at least. Despite the "fearsome" reputation that the pitch has, it feels like there's a 500+ team score or a big individual hundred there every year. It's basically been an extension of the Nullabor Highway since Curtly Ambrose tore it up back in the early '90s.

Good call. Still think the treatment of him was complete bullshit. His batting average was 10 runs better than Shane Watson at international level, for example. He also had a better bowling average than Watson. :D

Adapting to the bounce can be hard but once you're used to it its pretty rewarding to batsmen.

Smith has slowed down a fair bit, not that he needs to pound it given how marsh is batting. Think he's probably a bit tired though
