Yes, don't get carried away. We were still very average and were still doing the same bad things in the second half. Freo were just playing worse and things started to just go our way.

Our handballs were shocking, even players like Bruce were horrible. The commentators kept going on about how we kick deep into the forward line and Freo would just punch it over the line. We still did that in the second half just Melbourne players started to mark it.

As my brother and I were driving home from the game today we flicked onto 3AW and they were talking to Aussie as he was Rex's Rookie and Robert Walls or Rex asked him for some advice for some aspiring indigenous kids wanting to play footy and Aussie said with great maturity 'Stay in school, get an education then follow your dreams'

To think this comes from a lad as young as Aussie just shows what a humble gem we have uncovered. I'm so glad we have him at the club and I'm even more happy he's got his head screwed on tight and his heart is in the right place

Had a great game, looked dangerous for most of the day. That roving goal in the last 1/4 was awesome. His pressure and attack in the forward line was fantastic all day.
