I thought about it before but I reckon he is definately ineligible. Doesn't play FC cricket anymore and was only recently knocked back by Victoria

Wikipedia is wrong IIRC. Hodge has since been asked to stay in retirement behind closed doors (if my source inside CV is correct)

Jacques wasn't allowed, because he has retired from all forms of the game.
Hodge has too, but plays T20. He hasn't played FC cricket for a handful of years now and his bid to rejoin the Vics wash quashed recently.
Katich still plays FC cricket. Check his cricinfo profile
