I was very concerned to read that we are going to post a loss for this season in excess of $1.5 million. Surely not all of that can be put down to a bad draw. Anyone know the reason why? Something to do with that place out at Fawkner? Whatever the reason, it is not good enough.

I believe most of the loss is to do with the Social Club the MFC runs, and the draw also made an impact. Agreed though, it's not good enough.

all i know is that if we didnt make the finals then it would have been a lot worse. but most of the loss is due to the draw and something else i cant place my finger on at the moment
