Don’t disagree that 3 weeks may be too harsh but on the pub test chart the head butt is way up there in terms of being unacceptable. We rarely see it in AFL and there’s a reason for that

Dogs will use Touhy to get a downgrade. AFL should have given 1 to Touhy and 2 to Smith.
