hey all so this is my first intro Into battlefield online.. only played COD (and F that!)

but online I found it a bit different with modes and gun modification and stuff.. anyone wanna explain these things to me ! thanks

lvl 57 atm, will get to 60 and then give the game a few days break so i can catch up and finish other PS4 games. Op locker my favourite conquest map, Dawnbreaker and Zavod, my favourite Domination maps. Railway Domination & Dawnbreaker Conquest my least favourite maps due to excessive window and roof campers, but not to the point of quitting the game if they come up.

Just wish there were some aussie China Rising servers going, I'd even take obliteration mode on them if it means i get to try them out.

Need a group of us on with the dlc, to join an empty server and hopefully kick starts something and we get a full server going.

Played for a couple of hours last night. No lag or anything. Some initial thoughts.

Why couldn't they leave the controls as they were! So ducking annoying everything is reversed.

Choppers seem useless with all the stingers and I couldn't kill shit with them just need some more time in them I think.

Can't take out a whole squad like you used to as it takes like two bullets to die. Wish they would leave it and stop increasing the damage or lowering the health.

Domination is terrible. The conquest maps that I played were fun. Want to try out rush next time.

Choppers are useless and its brilliant. Spent a whole game on Golmud Railway taking them out with stingers, making sure with each chopper whore i killed they see me t-bagging the ground in celebration on the killcam.

The vehicle and infantry balanced was completely ****ed on BF3, best change they've made for BF4 and more in line with Bad Company 2

Domination is only terrible for those that cant handle the pace . Plenty of kills, fastest way to level and the 99% of the maps flow well.

Like i mentioned earlier, I don't mind conquest because of all the maps I've played, the centre of the action has taken place in the Domination map areas anyway. Really don't understand the hate for it when you're essentially playing the same thing albeit with a few empty flag areas to cap and miles of empty space to walk/drive/fly to the action.

Need to start playing more Rush, maps seem built better for it with multiple flanking routes and proper destruction this time, returning the Bad Company 2 strategic element to it.

I meant in comparison to BF3, so much chopper rape and the flare reload time was pretty much the same as it took to reload the stinger you just wasted. Trying to solo take down a chopper was near impossible against a half decent pilot, now they need to be more evasive and not rely on popping flares over and over whilst they hover above a flag destroying everyone.

Click whatever the menu button is on the DS4 midgame, go down to boosts and turn one on.

Noob, I had no problems taking down chopers solo...
