Personal favorites - David Lynch & Michael Mann.

I was all ready to have a go at you about Michael Mann, but realised I was confusing him with Michael Bay. As you were people.

After just watching Memento for the first time, I'd have to say Nolan is miles ahead of anyone else at the moment. The guy can't do anything wrong.

I like Tarantino's style but other than Pulp Fiction I don't think he's actually made a great movie.

Fincher is quality, but doesn't always produce what he's capable of.

'This Is England' quality film

I like Tarantino's style but other than Pulp Fiction I don't think he's actually made a great movie.

Personally I think Resevoir Dogs is a classic (and in many ways I think it's better then Pulp Fiction)

Chris Nolan - Everything from Following to Dark Knight have been excellent. Memento the best though.

Peter Jackson - The best movie trilogy of all time (LOTR), and the bloodiest horror movie of af time (Braindead) - can't ask for much more than that.
