Just had to say that the pic of Richo and Jack on both Melb papers yesterday was, well, beautiful (maybe someone more tech savvy than me could paste it here).

What really won me over was Jack Riewoldt - he is hugging Richo so hard, with his eyes squeezed tightly shut, like a little kid who's dad has just saved the world - he's in love, in awe, and forever in debt.

And so am I.





A couple of old faves were one of the Great Man in a similar pose, but with three Tigers hanging off his arms and Wayne Campbell sitting on his head, and Richo, Tiv and Gas fishing up in Queensland - just about every Tiger fans house I went to over the next year had it stuck on their fridges.

Thought EXACTLY the same thing, almost word for word. Was banging on about it all day, cut out the front of the Age to stick on my wall. The joy in Jack's face is beautiful.

I remember when I was a kid that scotch fingers were a nice size..now like most biscuits they have shrunk in size and number in the pack
