I definitely couldn't identify the type of snake - for kudos if you can (at least speculate, it's more than I can do.)
The draw for this pic is (obviously) the size of the thing. What like 8-10 meters?

Can't be either if the pic is real.

Look at the posts in the background, lets say they are about a meter tall then the snake must be 10 meters long.

Its either a python if its in Aus, which would make the biggest snake ever seen here or its from OS. The shape of the head makes it look like an anaconda.

Looks like it could be a shop to me.

Might be a real snake they've just made look longer with a shoop, no way I could see a real snake being that long normally.

They are struggling big time with pet snakes getting released in and around the swamps and getting massive, basically competing with the alligators for top of the food chain.

This is a good opinion. They're struggling with anacondas and pythonys being released (illegally) in Florida and even in Miami!! According to a documentary I watched there has been deaths in Miami from African Killer pythons (or whatever they're called) that were formally pets!
