Damien Martin was the same. Looked awesome when he made runs. So classy, but would get out at the worse times.

Mark Waugh was also one of the best catchers of all time and was handy with the ball.
Was a fantastic one day player. Would have to be close to best 11

Played with & against Damian Martyn. Probably the most talented cricketer I've seen to pick up a bat. A serious talent that was castigated unfairly for a rash shot in a test match.

Imo, I've thought for a while that after men's tests (and women's tests but they don't really exist sadly), women's T20s is the next best form of cricket. It's got the excitement of men's T20s but you actually have to hit a ball well for it to go for 6, not just have a big bat and swing hard.

The Scorchers and Aussies being very good hasn't hurt either.

Pretty interesting ending to this WA-Qld match. Qld have 3 wickets left but WA will have to bowl their 5th bowler (Cameron Gannon/D'arcy Short) three more overs if they can't knock them over soon. Run a ball will get Qld home but they're into the tail enders to bat with Renshaw now.
