100 percent better kick than Butts or Murray. He seems to see openings and goes for it. Sure he's going to f&$k up sometimes but he will definitely generate offensive rebound. Playing it 100 percent safe all the time is how we get into stagnant funk and slow play. After watching the Intra club it appears they ARE happy with Keane taking kick ins. To me he looked risky and I'm not sure I would want the ball in his hands coming out too often..Thoughts?

Keane is a significantly better kick than Murray, and one of the best kicks in the team. He's creative and the coaches (rightly) trust him to generate scoring chains from the back half.Better than Murray ??
Not sure about that.
Honestly mate, you're getting deep into tinfoil hat territory hereDoes it? Or is he just waiting out Nicks because he signed till 2029 and likes the club?
Personally, I think there is a big rift between the two. Not too unbelievable - in a footy club of 40+ players and a coach - not everyone is going to be best friends.
What makes it hard to put behind us all - is when his comments this year echo what he said last year. He said, literally 2 days ago, that he was hopeful of getting more midfield time in 2025. He also said he wasn't going to stop his celebrations.
Many of the dinosaurs on here discount his social media work. Make no mistake - him liking the post saying "the club left you out to dry" speaks volumes.
I think he can pick off targets better than MurrayBetter than Murray ??
Not sure about that.
Didn't that X post also said he has support and he did internally which us outsiders can't see but is evident given how he has handle it and come back to preseason in excellent shape or maybe this is his plan to have a great season and ask for a trade if Nicks isn't sacked......Does it? Or is he just waiting out Nicks because he signed till 2029 and likes the club?

I don't see any stats for Lachlan McAndrew (who technically isn't a listed crows player so fair enough), although thought he played pretty well and got the best of ROB in multiple moments. Anyone got any predictions on whether we can get him on the list, and how? Could he actually be better than ROB? Can we deslist Burgess pre-season to make room! hahaGiven the lack of a training report i thought id take another look at last Friday’s game and give some stats for you.

Fair call, I like it. I just thought there would be someone who might be back there with a weapon. But it seems okay that between the two choices (weapon kick or quick kick) the latter choice is our best option with the lineup as is.Whoever can get the ball back into play the quickest. Waiting for a designated kicker to get to the goal square makes it that much harder to find a target that can get and go.
