Look, the OP is obviously someone who has done his research properly and has managed to get a glimpse of the underlying problems at the Blues and has deigned to share these problems with the rest of us lowly Carlton supporters.

Or he is sitting in a dark room with a magic lamp rubbing like crazy trying to get back the team that the bummers had in the 80's and early 90's.

Personally, I think that he is in a dark room rubbing something else trying to make himself feel better about the fact that Carlton are great again and are going to hold the premiership record again soon.
