Seemed to stand out like dogs balls. Saw it on the Facebook page and went to comment exactly that and there were already a few saying the same.

Also noticed McKay himself saying he's looking forward to updating us again next year. Word around the traps is/was he's in for Lethlean's Footy Manager job at the Affal. Still has admirers in AFL House apparently.

McKay said in the injury report that it's an ankle injury and not as bad as first thought. Don't think there was any mention of his knee and pretty sure he said he'd be right for preseason.

I understand that some can be quite dismissive of Phillips, but I don't think we've seen the best of him yet.

What A. Sylvagni and Rowe bring to the side is the ability to try blokes like Marchbank/Plowman/Williamson further downfield and get some 'swing man' type experience into them - an ambition which Bolton has repeatedly stated is a key objective of the Club over the coming years- having players able to slot into different positions as required. Weitering wont be the only bloke asked to play forward and Simpson wont be the only 'back' asked to play wing or even midfield.
I was particularly sorry to see Polson pretty much robbed of a half a year's development -he looks like a player to me.
