If we do pick him up any thoughts on which round we should blood Gorringe??

Could be ready Round 1 if Gorringe is prepared to concentrate...

If he ended going to Essendon Gorringe would be a certainty to get on the juice!

Ahhh bugger!! That was going to be my next line!!! Great minds and all that..;)

Good to know, next time I'm having trouble with my interweb machine or my magic hand held talking device, I know where to go.

I wouldn't waste my time if I was you.

Thy has no idea and still has a Commodre64 & on dial up. :D

We'll be sneaking Ty Zantuck in.

I'm watching the 1987 AFL state of origin. SA vs VIC.
I just saw this...

Glascott kicked it out on the full, Bradley brings it back into play, Kernahan flies for the mark, Meldrum spoils, Naley front and square kicks the goal... How many of our blokes played that night???!!!

By the way, Naley kicked 4 of the first 5 goals for SA.

Ps. For our younger viewers, they were all Carlton players back when we were good.

Looking like Pies are interesting in Golds? Training with them...

I'm sure he'd have been thrown in with the other 4 if we'd been at all interested.

Saints have an interesting strategy in naming several players from their VFL affiliate. Dunno whether any are a realistic chance to get rookied but at least it provides those players with a sniff and a glimpse at what's required to carry into their VFL preparations to possibly improve the performance of their AFL-listed teammates during the season.

Le Grice looked like an outside chance a couple of years ago as a swingman but was pretty raw. With 2 years of development...

Wells gave us added depth although at times he went to water.
As I recall, he was pretty good in the wet... I guess we only missed him when he was dry.

And he didn't get a lot of possessions, I guess we could only go to him so many times.

And as for Gorringe, there was talk we were interested in Aaron Black for a while as a tall mobile forward. Maybe Gorringe will play that role... So you could say, Gorringe is the new Black???

Sssssstop coachie :) :thumbsu:
