There's few things in life more depressing than sitting at a desk in front of a computer on days like this. It looks so nice outside.

Hello Malfan. Seeing a doc about the knee this afternoon. Hoping to see a physio later this week. Hopefully, not on Friday though.

Anyway, got a referral for a physio for the knee, hopefully, I don't need a 4th operation on the damned thing. Blood pressure is a bit high though, 160/90, but I say the knee is the cause of that, as well as being a supporter of the Sydney Swans Football Club.
