Hey guys was anyone listening to bomber radio, campo was on, some ****ing weirdo just called and sounded like he didnt have a clue what he was talking about, he said campo should be playing because he is better then Kepler, was a classic

classic part was campo was on the show and said like 2 minutes before this tools called that he didnt play because of injury and will still be a game away

I heard that - he only sounded stupid because Campo had already gone through his injury setbacks etc, and the fact that he played half a game for Bendigo as his first real hitout since round 18 last year etc.

The thing that got me, and nobody seems to have mentioned it, was when Campo was asked about the fastest players at Essendon - he said over the summer Dempsey was the fastest, and actually broke the club record over 20m!

I lump him with Ryder, who I have rated so highly since we got em - obvious natural ability with skills - just need to develop and can be anything. Dempsey actually reminds me a lot of a young Long. Skinny, speed-machine with skills and smarts - just needs to fill out.

I thought he said Dempsey broke the club record, but also mentioned Johns as being one of the fastest. I have it on my IPOD, if I get around to it, I might have another listen.

Although, Id like to see someone beat Davey over 20m before I believed it.

I was talking to a guy last year who works for West Coast and helps out in the Melbourne recriuting for them, and he said that both Ryder and Dempsy had only been playing footy for 4-5 years only.

He talks some crap so I wasn't sure if it was true or not.
