I had no idea what was happening at first as I had paused the game to rant on here.

I don't how I would have taken down that Bunker by myself, that took ages even with our two turrets - it is pretty insane having two of those bad boys going off at once.

You got off as I was about to join you HBK!! Leveled up to 37 today, I'm now doing every side mission and exploring parts of the maps I didn't visit the first play through.

Gunzerkering is ok but I find it distracting and nowhere near as effective as your turret. On the plus side I'm a good looking midget these days!!

Anyone want a jack face? I have a spare one in my bank

If you still haven't unlocked the awesome goodies from Borderlands 2's SHiFT codes, try scheduling your weekend around Gearbox's release schedule.
SHiFT codes give players access to Golden Keys to open special chests in Borderlands 2. They can be redeemed by multiple players as long as the codes are active. Typically the codes remain active for three hours once they are posted. This weekend, Gearbox will be handing out five sets of SHiFT codes during the following times:

• Friday, October 26 - 6PM CT
• Friday, October 26 - 11PM CT
• Saturday, October 27 - 5AM CT

I just read about that LOTR Easter Egg...sounds ****ing AWESOME! I love the copious amounts of easter eggs and references in the game, just brilliant.

Unlocked the Nuke last night, and boy is it friggen EPIC! Takes down Badasses instantly, can take down 5+ enemies at once if you throw it right. And whatever it doesn't take out with the Nuke, it just mows down everything else with the missles and machine gun within seconds. The Nuke+the Longbow (longer throw) means that you can kill higher health enemies so fast. ILY TURRET!!!

Presumably, Game Informer posts them to their site as well. I usually catch the codes there when I go to watch the latest 'replay'.

Also just saw HBK's mini-nuke, was pretty impressed.

I've level my Gunzerker up to level 39 now, I've started using gunzerking alot more on TVHM and actually quite like it. I've set my perk tree up so I have a 50% chance of not using ammo and i can taunt the enemy (by flipping them the bird!) and my heath goes back to 100%. I run a slag weapon and a quick firing pistol (9.7 fire rate, 38 clip, 2.1 reload), destroys most badasses no problem. Add in my super uppercut I'm a short arse wrecking ball!!!

I have secondary characters around the lvl 17 or so mark I'd jump on.

I don't have the game yet, I'm just playing a bit of Borderlands 1. It's going to be my reward to myself in about a month for finishing a major project at work... if I get it before then my life will suffer.

Am hoping you guys aren't sick of it by the time I get it.

Reloading is for chumps I have a perk that reloads all my guns in my kit.... Gunzerker is awesome.
