Brad Mckenzie was added to this thread as he's coming out of contract this year, a former first rounder that had a solid enough year, but has been forced to play out of position in defence across halfback. Rated as a very good kick (which he is if given a proper run at it), there are question marks over his one-on-one work as a defender, his leg speed (which isn't terrible, but isn't great tbh) and intensity around the football. Is a brave, hard worker that has a good peg on him and is decent size. Not sure what he's worth, but I'll doubt anything better than 30-35 at this stage (I'll take that and run tbh).

The fact that despite knowing he is out of contract the port board haven't spoken about him once as a target probably tells you no one cares.

I think a pick under 35 won't happen

I don't even see either port or the crows having the slightest interest in him whatsoever

Definitely, that pick is absolute best value we could possibly get out of him.

Apparently there has been some interest in him, whom is a greater question, probably just a round upgrade at best at this stage.

I've been talking about him for 2 years on the Port board, we struggled with our disposal this and last year, he's just that, an excellent disposer of the ball, he'd be a much better pick up than near on a third of our list. Maybe joint in an Aaron Black deal for a 3rd rounder ft O'Shea or something

Or even just a 3rd rounder with Black included as he's worth next to nothing.
