He was the leading goal kicker for Melbourne in 2008, and has received 8 brownlow votes.

His Selection- 2001 National AFL Draft 4th round selection (Melbourne) No. 55 overall traded by Geelong for Brent Grgic.
His Debut= Rd 7 - 2002

Brad Miller has just announced his retirement on twitter. He was only 27 years of age.

Retirement may be jumping the gun.

He's just been shown the door by the dees, he'll be looking to get a gig at another club i'd imagine.

Worst comes to worst he consoles himself with his wife!!!!:thumbsu:

Yeah.....retire Brad

I doubt any club would pick him up even GC. A very good vfl player at best and I think he knows that too by retiring at that age..

He doesn't say he's retiring. He says he's leaving the Dees, which Brad Gotch revealed in todays paper wasn't Millers choice.

Perhaps the Mods could change the topic heading to "Pia's husband leaves the Dees"

Inevitable. I reckon he'll get picked up by the GC as a mature aged rookie. He did kick 10 against them. If that doesn't impress them, nothing will.
