Reported on SEN that a deal might be worked through with the Kangas, Brent Hartigan for Brad Moran.

What are peoples thoughts on this?

Moran won a rising star nomination last year but only managed 1 game this year, could be used in the ruck or as a backman.
 
I didn't hear all of it but I am told it was Brad Moran for Hartigan and Pick 35, would that still be a good trade for us, looks like it means that Morton will be going for pick 19.

So we're throwing away all our draft picks then?
Why throw away pick 35 on a hack when we can draft a kid?

Moran would kill it for you. He is huge, ran 20m in 2.78, has been on a massive upward spiral in terms of improvement - can play a Goodes type role with more rucking duties (doesn't have anywhere near the skills of Goodes yet).

Unfortunately he is behind McIntosh and Hale in our rucking pecking order and with Petrie in the team and Thompson to return - we have alot of height.

I would be gutted to loose him. Looks like he can be a star. Will be a star if he continues on with the same rate of development.

A straight swap for Hartigan is so ridiculous that it has to be wrong, but it seems true that he has asked to be traded for more opportunity.

Moran will be a good pick up
plenty of improvement left and his a big solid goer!
would be hugely interested to see if he can play as a tall defender
Good start to trade week

Hartigan would certaintly be delisted
and schulz for a 2nd or 3rd rounder really helps

Schulz > Moran (based on potential of course).

What is Miller doing?
