Little blunder? That was one of the worst misplays ive ever seen. He's been excellent tonight besides his little blunder.
It happens, he isn't the first one to turn it over directly from a kickout.Little blunder? That was one of the worst misplays ive ever seen.
Agree.. embarrassing.. he's a serial offender and he will be all his career. He's just simply a dumb footballer prone to calamity.Little blunder? That was one of the worst misplays ive ever seen.

Pft Thomas is a dog who has been lucky to have kicked any. It's been a fine night for Maynard.
I'll stand up for him every day of the week so don't bother trying to tell me he wasn't good enough. He was in our top 5 players and I don't care about Thomas kicked 5 because there could have been 20 other players that could have played tighter.Make that 5 & you can pft all you like. He has been pantsed tonight because he hasn't been tight enough.
Rose coloured glasses or backing in a player that shows promise who needs some time? It was a good experience for him to play on Thomas. Plenty of players have had 5 kicked on them and become fine players. Maynard will be one of them. His opponent got best on ground and tore us apart with 5 goals while Maynard coughed up even more goals with horrendous mistakes
It's amazing how biased people's views are on Collingwood players, everything through rose glasses

Im feeling fineAs I said I like the kid, but tonight he was poor. You can deny it as much as you like if it makes you feel better.
He has plenty of great games ahead of him. He will not look back fondly on this one.
I'll back my judgement of his game. Im feeling fineI'll back my judgement of his game.
He will look back at that game as a learning curve sure. He'll get some big wraps for some of the things he did tonight and they will go through the mistakes and he will learn. This is what's going to get him to those great games in the future.

Love the sarcasm 10/10.Agreed, what a brilliant learning curve it was for all our boys tonight
Hopefully we can keep all our losses below 10 goals and celebrate our young players getting smashed because of all the great learning they'll get

Love the sarcasm 10/10.![]()
Cheers buddy. It's almost as good as your delusional perception of Maynard's game

Kicked in better than HoweI'm not going to be too harsh on him as improvement has been in evidence if you compare his game now to where he was at at the start of the season BUT ... responsibility for kick ins??? Just no, no, no.

Im not here to argue with you, although u do make it easy, but obviously YOU havnt played any competitive sport in your life, its a cliche for a reason, everyone knows you LEARN more from loosing then you do winning!!!! Although you seem like someone thats always won so its no surprise you know nothing.Agreed, what a brilliant learning curve it was for all our boys tonight
I don't know how much footy you've played but it's actually quite hard to learn anything from losing....
That's why clubs like Gold Coast Carlton and Melbourne have woeful development of their young players, while the top teams keep producing great young kids ready to go. Your opponent embarrassing you on national TV only hurts development, to say it helps is beyond a joke.
I look forward to your declaration in love for him next year, or next game or whatever. He's could be good but he's very dumb. Dumber than Clinton Young.
GWS say hi those blokes lost 21 straight not to long ago and are looking alright now. You can learn a lot from losing just as you can from winning. No matter the result you always have to assess your game and see where you were poor and where you were goodAgreed, what a brilliant learning curve it was for all our boys tonight
