Get in line.If our draft worked out like that then I would personally take a shit on Vozzo's car bonnet.
If that happens then we have lost the plot.
I get your annoyance with the Ryan pick, but would you risk losing Kelly to the Roos at 23?Get in line.
That's the worst effort from a WCE prospective I've seen. Kelly at 21 and Ryan at 26 is just LOL's.

Hopefully Anderson is way off the mark this year
Seems like Brayshaw's in the conversation as the solidest citizen and least likely to pull up stumps after a couple of years. No go home factor for teams three and four.I reckon it’s really weird.
e.g. Rayner (or Brayshaw) for #1, LDU (or Brayshaw) for #2, then Carlton and North pass on Brayshaw and he gets taken at #5.
Very strange.

Balta at 42, wow. Is he a bigfooty special?

He thinks Melbourne are keen on Ryan at 29, so WCE may have to use 26 if they want him.

That’s really not that strange when you look at the reasoning. Reports are love him at Brisbane because of his attitude and the fact they feel he’ll stay there, probably the same for Freo.I reckon it’s really weird.

Thats interesting indeed S.M. You may also like to factor in this inside info.I got today.Interviews are proceeding as we speak. Dow,surprisingly to me for some reason,is considered the most likely go home risk, and that is now very much against him.Rayner, has limitations at present, but presented verywell, and it is thought he is very suited to the off field and socialisation factors. He is liked by his team mates. On the other hand LDU,is seen as quiet, and maybe lacking drive.Concerns also after Scache, and personality type. The big mover ,is Brayshaw, who ticks all boxes and not many do in this draft, for our needs. He understands the job,is a dedicated professional, from a family who knows what its like, and is ready to play as contracted, and make a life for himself.even in Brisbane apparently! Cerra, Bailey and Clarke remain of interest, the latter two not first picks of course...I guess.Ballenden should be after pick three, given the only clubs who might need him have such early picks...they wont be using them on him.
The source ,is within the club, and the information came during the course of the interviews. The discussion was based on the fact that it was an extremely difficult decision, as none of the top 5 or 6,ticked all the boxes we are prioritising. Not saying Dow won't get the nod ,rather that its a moveable feast at present, and the situation is dynamic. It was a bit easierl last year ,but take McGrath and McLuggage out,and it would probably be similar. Its so much harder for us with the go home factor, and the Victorian vultures cruising around our young talent.Hope that is helpful.Ihave no idea who they'll choose, but as long as Ballenden is after 18 , think we'll all be pleased...and relieved.
West Coast supporters seem to get upset with every phantom. You ain't fixing your midfield with pick 13 and a bunch of second rounders in this trash draft. Be happy if you pick a long term player or two. Allen looks like a natural to me anyway.
With 3 second rounders it wouldn't phase me, but I honestly don't know enough about the prospects. My opinions are based on brief highlight videos and what I read on here. How would you feel if the dees picked him at 29?
