what i'm sayin is maybe the crows should take a risk on draft day and possibly reap the benifits as CHOCCO continually does....

No where you fail is by thinking that Motlop is better. Who knows if he is or isnt... if Motlop was picked by the Crows there is a fair chance he could spend 3 years in the SANFL as well :o

what im saying is it isnt draft day where the AFC need to take risks

Whatever we pick lets hope they all have some foot speed with at least 2 of them in the elite pace bracket.

If I have to watch another final with our team trying their guts out but not having the leg speed to get them over the line; 'I WILL SPEW'.

Then you better go out and shop for a bucket ;)

I'd be very very happy if the draft panned out this way... Ebert and Greenwood, the top 2 SA prospects who are both mids:thumbsu:. What I like about Burgatron is he gives us an insight on who we are interested in... no other phantom draft on this sight has that information. Read pick 71... a smokey may be on the cards... Moss who's an U19 Australian wickie . I wonder if he wants to actually play Footy. Cause if you are in the U19 team for Australia you must be pretty darn good at cricket.

And who the **** is John McCarthy? :D I can't remember ever seeing his name touted around here. Vic Crow, any chance of filling us in?
I have only seen McCarthy once. I don't think anyone's seen much of McCarthy. He only played seven TAC Cup games this year. I believe he played private school footy (which always eats heavily into a TAC Cup season) but he did have his fair share of injury concerns.

When I saw him Dandenong got flogged by 100 points and he was moving between the forward line with spells on the ball so it wasn't the best day to judge him. I would be uninspired with that pick, but it's hard to get excited about someone who hasn't played much footy (for all we know he could be something special and just hasn't been able to show it yet) but he seems to just add to our surplus of 190cm forwards.
