can we trade dids with his new contract signed

ok first up i love didak and i think his suspension is a bit over the top but then again its not his first afence.
second and more to the point. can we trade didak if the club wanted to?
i DO NOT want them to! i love the bloke and i think he is our best player atm. he would prob be leading our B&F and wouldnt suprize me if he still won it. he is our only genuine ball winner who can do it week in week out so i do not want him traded for anyone! i dont care who it is i dont want them i would rather didak.
but if the club wanted to can they trade him with his new contract signed? i herd that once there is a contract extension the player has to serve at least 1 year of that contract before he can be traded to any club.
anyone have any answers for me or have i herd jargen?

As far as we know, he can be traded if he agrees to the trade, no matter how new the contract is.
