I enjoyed the article on the website about Turkey Tom Carroll being invited to have a great night at the footy by the Club on Saturday night. I always enjoy seeing the elderly ex-players being shown that they're still appreciated in small ways like this. My ol man used to bring his name up quite a bit. Was one of his favorites i think. Obviously could play.

At least Walls is not ripping into opponents in the week before we play them anymore- one time he ripped Pavlich a new one the week before and he kicked 8 goals.
