Did anyone see talking footy last night ???
when asked about how badly was Otten trashed, her reply was he was having a bad day (might be that time of the month for him). Crap, he was completely outplayed by Thomo, Why can't she give credit where it is due.

Everytime Hawthorn does something good, its got to be the weather, bad umpiring, there was a little kid piss*(*ng in okalahoma south, anything but Hawthorn played well.....


Well that is my whinge for the day....

Well said...UDC is a complete and utter joke, and I'm sick of her pro-Richmond rantings. I don't know why she continues to pump up Ottens every week, but he was totally thrashed on the weekend, but it was clearly Ottens having a bad game, not Thompson playing well.

And then her claim that umpires thought some players were "sub-consciously deliberately targeting umpires!" For starters, I'm not even sure this sentence makes sense, but if I was a player I'd pretty seething of been accused of that. She basically insinuated that Jason Ball deliberately took out the umpire, when in fact the ******* did (yet another) bad bounce and failed to get out of the way in time.

Get a clue Caro.

And well done to Mark Thompson, I thought he spoke well last night, and well done to Bruce, who managed to hide his erection well under his clipboard when they showed the Moorcroft mark for the 2,673rd time

Hawks no credibility ? she's not on her own there. Richmond were awful/unlucky but the Hawks performed OK.

Well wake up everybody, round 15 is here and if they beat sydney then they will be second with 11 wins and four losses and they will have played everyone once, so it can't be a 'soft' draw etc.

Of the losses three were quite big but with the exception of Essendon, Hawthorn should now reasonably expect to beat anyone else each time they front up.

That makes them a GF prospect and if they get hammered again by Essendon then it's just good experience for the day they finally overcome them.

I wonder if Caro would have been on the couch if CH7 had won the footy rights. Really, I used to love this show but now simply refuse to watch it. I suspect a pretty huge ego with Caro; more talk radio host than objective journalist. Recall the Liberatore affair when she told Smorgan that 'I'm pretty sick and tired of your excuses?' What was this, a domestic argument? Emotional, judgemental, first-person pronoun type arguments. If I want this, I'll visit by parents.

The ratings of Talking Footy must be suffering. What was once a credible and sobre footy discussion has turned into something akin to Beauty and the Beast.
