Yep I agree, thank you Miss Finland for pumping up the odds. Could anybody seriously back her at $4.50. However there isn't be much speed in the race and Publishing could get it pretty easy up front.

This tough mare isn't finished just yet. She aint ready to breed just yet. Her most suitable distance IMO with a couple of runs under the belt, up against a weaker field and she will be winning. No need to bet on her (although prob will) because just knowing if she wins means i will see her race again is enough for me.

Where as Cinque Cento's barrier 1 is perfect, and I was watching TVN's ad showing the past winners and alot have won from coming just off the speed and stalking the leaders. If she can reproduce her second up run in spring in which she finished 3rd behind El Segundo and Haradasun she'd be hard to beat. Moody could really do with a winner as well! Probably still go with Niconero though.

The Futurity is a pretty poor excuse for a weight for age group 1 race.

The lack of obvious speed is a worry.

Maybe Publishing, but a mile?

Have done a little video form and this is what I like tomorrow:

R1 - 7 Chilean Miss if scr, 5 Elusive Wonder - Elusive Wonder looks a nippy thing but if Chilean Miss runs and all is okay, she looks a slight class above this lot.
R2 - 8 Fastest Dash - looked verrrrry impressive winning last start when it showed a turn of foot and was running away. Bet of the day almost - wont get $9 as per the Hun.
R3 - 5 Pit Lane - have always liked this fella although hes more your good winter galloper. That said his last run was a cracker in a strong race, and there is question marks about the rest more than him I feel.
R4 - 7 Obscure Knight - Very speculative pick in the hardest race of the day almost. Nearly fell off my chair when I saw this race was for $350k, no world beaters here. Ill go with the debut runner who won its trial.
I also like 5 Holy Request for the place bet, it has some raw talent in there.
R5 - 8 Absolute Star - each way, think it will appreciate the extra distance here in a very even race, although Zagreb seems to have a lot of scope.
R6 - 8 Bel Mer - just have a gut feel she will run a very solid race tommorow
R7 - 1 Niconero - he is just due to break through, you know he will run an honest race, the wfa mile is his trip.
R8 - 2 Lazer Sharp - 2nd up blues aside just looked so impressive first up, is a slight class above these.
R9 - 4 Perfect Feeling - I think she will run the exacta with Illinois Girl no worries, might be good enough to nab her. Has the better gate and slight weight drop from last time.

In Sydney Ill just be going the Mimi Le Broc - German Chocalate double.

I note that Luciano is running up in Brisbane in Race 2 fresh? Was he the Lion Hunter that got sold go fullta?

agree with the above pretty much. although will probably be leaning more towards Belcentra than Pit Lane. Anyone having a crack at the quaddie???

Haha great minds think alike, marked on my paper for Randwick are Mimi lebrock and German Chocolate.

Race 6 - Really like Bel mer also, while Miss Fantabulous could be the danger.
Race 7 - Molotov for some value looks good. With Cinque Cento and Niconero.
Race 8 - Jukebox Johnny all the way
Race 9 - Game Serena and Perfect Feeling, have to include Illnois Girl

Having a break even sort of day. Had a inside tip on Molotov in the Futurity, would have stood to win about $50 if it had of placed...and was just pipped by Miss Finland. Shattering stuff.

Wins on Bel Mer and Niconero have saved me from a bad day.

Haven't seen the races yet, had a very dissapointing start but finished off ok.
Sounds like Holy Request did it's usual trick of getting too far back.
Niconero was due. Was very confident about Bel Mer! What happened to Fastest Dash? Must have beat spuds at Ballarat - or just these dash for cash types a bit erratic?
