Suspect Bateman will be suspended again. We'll have Buddy back. Young may be missing.

If Young out, maybe Katey back in. Otherwise just the suspension changes.

Adelaide had a good win over Freo, they'll get a lot of confidence back from that. Hawks may be getting tired after a couple of tough wins. Will be hard to get over. Might need to have Buddy play a blinder like in 2007.

I'd like to see Cyril play on McLeod. Young had ice on his knee after the game, may have jarred it. Fingers crossed for scans.

PA player had the ball, slipped to the ground and Bateman chasing at speed came in and kneed him in the back. Looked reckless.

Re Bateman; remember Taylor in '09 falling knee first into Selwood in the first game we played them? Bateman did similar to that. Looked like he wanted to slide in to tackle a prone port player, but misjudged it by 3 steps and just fell knee first straight into the guy's back as he lay facing away... Looked pretty ugly.

Changa slid in to a guy on the ground with his Knee. It looked deliberate and suspect he will be outed for at least one week.

Well if that is the case - and I don't doubt what you saw - that would be a huge relief.

Losing Young sucks I really hope it's something minor, he was just starting to look good today was really impressed with his half of footy, he even won some contested footy.
If we lose him and Bateman that really limits our run which we are lacking atm.
I guess if these 2 are out Buddy and Muston come in, everyone else has done enough to keep there spots......even Murphy

Off topic... Decided Tyson Edwards is a tosser. Heard he was to be dropped for the next game and chucked a nana. Declared instant retirement. Against Neil Craig's wishes was given a retirement game. Tyson generously reversed his instant retirement and accepted it.

It worked, he played better than he has all year and probably regrets his moment of emotion. Should have done it graciously like Simon Goodwin and just say "OK, time has come, this is my last year." Put the club ahead of yourself. Give them time to adjust.

McLeod has an issue with his knee. Sunday footy show reported he will have op Monday to clean it out, so would suggest he will miss. Edwards also out, plus Phil Davis after running into a tree (Sandilands) is also unlikely.

Buddy back, in for Youny if he doesn't get up. If Changa gets cited then perhaps KT as it sounds like he was OK at Box Hill, Suckers or Schoey?

On MMM, they said Richie Vandenberg told Michael Roberts that Young has torn his quad. 6 weeks min.

He did do a quad just didn't have ice except durring the 3rd quarter on the bench probably all through the half time break and maybe the 4th but at the end he was just bandaged and walking.

Based on what I saw at the ground today, i would like to see Xavier Ellis dropped for next week and told to go to Box Hill and try to find some aggression and intensity.

On several occasions he did nothing and just hovered around his opponent instead of attacking, one such instance nearly cost us a goal as a port player easily got past him.
It was like Ellis was scared to go near him.

I have always been of the opinion to give ellis a bit more time and see how he develops but he has had enough time and I am now dissapointed we took him with pick 3.

He had his nose rearranged last week,probably psychologically a little tuff to stick it into a pack first up.
He did some good things.left his man and came in as third man up a few times
